How Unlocked works in Cairo.

Where can I use Unlocked in Cairo?

The Cairo collection includes six Cairo Landmarks—Cairo Citadel, Ibn Tulun Mosque, Sultan Hassan Mosque, Khan el-Khalili, Al-Azhar Park and Cairo Tower—plus the Giza Pyramids west of the Nile. Plan Giza as a separate excursion; every Landmark needs its own visit and location check.

When does Unlocked check my location?

Unlocked checks a current location sample when you choose Unlock at a supported Landmark. It does not require continuous background tracking.

Can I create the Memory after I leave?

Yes. Once the server verifies your Landmark visit, its unlock remains available so you can choose an Experience and create the Memory later. Venue admission and photography permissions are separate.

What does the welcome credit do?

Your first GPS-verified Landmark unlock grants exactly one welcome credit, which can fund your first Memory.
