Open Profile
Sign in to Unlocked and open the Profile tab.
Account control
Delete your account and private data.
The fastest route is inside the app. Deletion is permanent and signs you out when complete.
Choose deletion
Scroll to Privacy on iPhone or Privacy controls on Android. Choose Delete account and all data (shown as “Delete account and data” on Android).
Confirm permanently
Review the warning, then confirm. Unlocked removes the account and signs you out when deletion succeeds.
Keep the account?
Remove only your reference photos.
In Profile, remove one photo from its thumbnail or choose Remove all reference photos. Your Landmark unlocks and Memories remain.
