How Unlocked works in Seoul.

Where can I use Unlocked in Seoul?

Seven landmarks across central Seoul, Namsan and Gangnam. Palace interiors and observatory admission remain separate from nearby arrival. The seven Landmarks are Gyeongbokgung Palace, N Seoul Tower, Dongdaemun Design Plaza, Sungnyemun Gate, Bongeunsa, Banpo Bridge, Changdeokgung Palace. Each needs its own nearby location check.

When does Unlocked check my location?

A current location sample is checked when you choose Unlock at a supported Landmark. Continuous background tracking is not required.

Can I create the Memory after I leave?

Yes. A server-verified Landmark unlock is permanent. You can return to its Experiences later; venue admission and photography permissions are separate.

What does the welcome credit do?

Your first GPS-verified Landmark unlock grants one welcome credit for your first Memory. Collecting and sharing badges does not use credits.
