Yes. Exploring, collecting Landmark badges, and sharing your Passport are free. Keep your badges, follow your city-by-city progress, and share a card, trip recap, or public Passport link without buying credits. No subscription is required.
Unlocked is a free travel Passport for the places you visit in person. Verify your arrival at a supported Landmark to collect its illustrated badge, keep it in your Passport, and share your collection. You can also choose an optional photo Experience to create a personal Memory.
No. Location is optional and used to show nearby Landmarks or verify a visit when you choose to unlock one. Unlocked does not follow your route or continuously track you in the background.
Your first GPS-verified Landmark unlock includes one welcome credit for your first Memory. Photo Memories use credits, with the cost shown before you create. Additional credits are one-time in-app purchases, with prices shown in your local currency. Making a Memory is optional; collecting and sharing badges does not use credits.
Yes. Once the server verifies a Landmark visit, that unlock is permanent. You can choose one of its curated Experiences and create your Memory later, even from home.
Your Passport and Memories are private by default. You choose what goes on a share card or recap. If you publish a public Passport, only the places and optional Memories you select appear; new badges stay private until you add them. You can hide that page at any time. Copies others have saved may remain. Reference photos are never included.
