For a portrait, frame your companion or helper’s shot before handing over the phone. Choose one clear piece of architecture for the background. If the terrace is busy, a closer composition can work without asking anyone to leave.
Keep a wide photograph of the actual scene as well. The people, weather, and small details belong to the visit; a generated Memory can sit alongside that record.

Does Empty Park remove people from my existing photo?
Unlocked creates a new Memory from your reference photos and a curated Experience after a verified visit. It is not a tool for retouching a chosen holiday photograph.
Can I unlock Park Güell once I am home?
You need to choose Unlock while physically within the supported Landmark area. If you verified your visit there, you can create the Memory later. Old photos alone do not unlock the Landmark.
Is an Unlocked Memory evidence that the park was empty?
No. A Memory is a generated creative interpretation. Keep your original photos for a record of the scene, and describe the Memory as generated when sharing it.
