Where exactly is the Montjuïc unlock area?
It covers the hill’s viewpoint and garden zone. Open the Landmark in the app to see the supported area on the map, and unlock while you are inside it—views from the harbor below do not count.
Does Montjuïc require a ticket?
The parks, terraces, and gardens are free. The cable car, castle, and museums sell their own tickets and are entirely optional for the unlock.
How much time should I plan?
Give the hill half a day if you want viewpoints plus gardens. The unlock itself takes minutes, but the distances on top are longer than they look on the map.
