How much of this Paris track is walking?
Most of it. Only the hop between the Palais Garnier and the Arc de Triomphe really wants the metro; the other connections are short walks, and the whole route fits comfortably into half a day.
Is Sacré-Cœur free to visit?
Yes. The basilica, its steps, and the forecourt are free and public; the dome and crypt are the only ticketed parts, and the Unlocked unlock never requires them. Getting up the hill is on foot, by funicular, or by bus.
How do I approach the Arc de Triomphe safely?
