Is Senhora do Monte the highest viewpoint in Lisbon?
It is one of the highest in the central city, which is why the panorama runs from the castle to the river. The unlock confirms you are at the miradouro itself, not a lower terrace with a similar view.
Does the viewpoint cost anything?
No. The miradouro is a free public terrace, and the Unlocked unlock is free too. Nearby cafés and kiosks are separate businesses.
When should I go for photos?
Sunset is justly famous and justly crowded. For photographs with more room and gentler light, come in the first hour or two after sunrise.
