No. A view over the district is not the location check. Open this Landmark in the app and complete Unlock within its supported area at street level.

No. Its name describes a generated creative direction. Complete the physical-presence unlock first; you can choose an available Experience and create your Memory later.
Is the monument itself fenced off?
Access arrangements around the monument adjust for events and crowds. Follow the on-site guidance and unlock from permitted public ground.
