Skeppsholmsbron
Use the pedestrian walkway to frame a gilded railing crown beside your portrait, with water visible beyond. Keep the walkway open and stay out of traffic. Never sit on, climb or lean beyond the railing. This Landmark is the bridge itself, not the island’s museums.

Royal Palace
Work from the public Slottsbacken approach, using the repeated windows as a backdrop without tilting the building in your frame. Leave generous space around guards, barriers, ceremonial activity and passing visitors. Stay out of the roadway; this exterior stop does not include palace admission.

Can I Unlock a Landmark from across the water?
No. A distant view across the water does not establish arrival. Check each Landmark map and confirm your Unlock while nearby. At Monteliusvägen, the map point marks a viewpoint along the path, not its entire length or an entrance.
Does this track include admission to the buildings?
These stops use exterior visitor areas and do not include interior admission. Palace and church access are separate, as are nearby museums. City Hall interiors require a guided tour, while tower access and park arrangements are separate.
What should I watch for while taking photos?
Keep pedestrian routes, entrances and crossings clear, and give palace guards and ceremonial activity plenty of space. Stay behind safety rails and off roadways. Monteliusvägen’s narrow path can be slippery in winter; follow local closures.
